i just read the second chapter of operation management for my last final exam!

it says that quality is difficult to improve on service industry
there are few occupation which i can say either u will be curse away or you'll be love

exp2: nurse, doctor
i really admire this occupation
it is not easy to handle patients
i know

but right now
im really piss off with one nurse who takes care of my mother
cant you talk with my mother in a polite manner?
why yelling?
if my mother is a VVIP
i dont think you will act that way

they will say
its a government hospital
biasalah tu

and then
when im trying to meet the dr

hye miss, can i meet the doctor who check my mother this morning?
who? dr xxx? the doctor has already said your mother cannot go home
no, i just want to meet her to discuss..thats all
but she is a specialist you know
she is very busy
we just want to discuss

u wait there, later we will call her office
cant we meet her now?
now is not yet 2pm
she's having a break
and probably she wont be at her office at 2pm
maybe she'll late

meybe she got meeting
but she had told that your mother cannot go back
*ak tau laa dr tu specialist, thats why la i want to meet her

we met another doctor
and luckily he was so nice
he explained his reason and he also heard our reason
and luckily
we managed to bring our mom back home
alhamdulillah
=)

did i one of the person who says "hekeleh, keycoh laa lu nurse"
and also says "the doctor is so nice"
yeah..i do

but i'll remember one thing on the way back after the dr gave permission to take my mother back home
despite what had happened
abah said "nanti ckp dgn nurse elok2..jangan kasar2 ehh..nurse tu tolong mak tu"

hari ini ak rasa seperti seorang yg baru dilahirkan semula

tetapi ade terselit 1 lagu "raihanna feat neyo-hate that i love u" dalam banyak2 senarai lagu raihan

ak ketawa berguling-guling, (sumpah x tipu) ketika mahu menitiskan ubat di telinga
sebab apa perlu ubat? teruskan membaca..

dalam banyak2 lubang, seekor serangga lebih teruja memasuki lubang telinga daku yg dalam dan lebih gelap dari gua itu

sedang ak ketawa dan menangis dalam satu masa ketika di klinik, rometku pula tertawa dan berjaya memvideokannya
ya, ianya sangat sakit tp sangat kelakar juga!

esoknya ak pergi ke klinik skali lagi utk keluarkan serangga itu, serangga itu dah tiada tp mengikut doktor itu, u feel the pain because the insect's leg had grab your ear when it tried to go out..jadi luka.
ianya sangat sakit macam ditusuk dengan jarum..huhu

ak masih perlu ke klinik utk mengeluarkan tahi telinga pula di telinga yg satu lagi
mungkin tahi telinga itu sudah menetap di situ selama 23 tahun!
